    Maintenance or repair work is billed at cost — you pay only what the vendor charges, with no coordination or service fee added.

    Leasing services (photography, marketing, showings, etc.) are structured separately, depending on the property and scope.

    Private Estate services are customized seasonally based on your needs — whether that’s a few weeks or a few months of oversight.
