I started The Property Concierge Company because most owners were being asked to choose between doing it all themselves or handing everything to a large management company. There’s a better way — a middle ground where a property can be cared for personally, professionally, and without clutter.

  • I might technically work in real estate, but at its core, this business is hospitality. It’s about understanding people — what makes them comfortable, what makes them feel at home — and then building every detail around that.

    The Property Concierge Company was born from that philosophy. It’s a refined, personal alternative to full-service property management — designed for owners who value service, simplicity, and trust. I like to think of it as the Ritz-Carlton of property care.

    Above all, I try to live by one simple principle: treat others the way you want to be treated.
